Snee Farm

This family loved everything about their Snee Farm home except for its outdoor space. The back porch was etremely hot and was unusable in the summer months. We added a large vaulted roof, privacy screening and installed new decking. Now this porch is an extension of the home and can be used all year.

We matched many of the exterior details of the existing home to complete the detached pool house. This flexible space is used for pool side entertaining and serves as a wonderful guest house for friends and family. The pool house includes a large open living area with kitchenette and loft. it also has a full bathroom and stack washer and dryer. it was a perfect addition to the back yard.
