King St.

This full renovation on king street was completed in phases. First, we focused on the first floor which included updating all the finishes. We added full height modern windows to the bar area off the kitchen which also allows for a cozy outdoor patio. The kitchen was completed with all new cabinets, countertops, and appliances. We love the reclaimed wood elements that were used as accent pieces throughout.

The second floor was phase two. We completed the stairs and all three second floor bathrooms. A small bedroom was converted into a wonderful master closet. The front bedroom doubles as guest and office space which allows the owners to work from home as needed.
