Crescent

Too many amazing details to list in this full renovation in the Crescent. We removed all of the interior finishes to allow for complete new electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. This also allowed us to move some walls around on the first and second floor to improve the flow and usability. This home boasts one of the most amazing kitchens in Charleston with custom cabinetry, custom hood, and one amazing island. We also converted the garage into a den with walls finished in river reclaimed cypress and a brick floor.

We did not forget about the exterior. We performed a complete renovation of the pool and surrounded it with a bluestone patio. We added a new screen porch complete with a bluestone floor and a wood burning fireplace.

This was one of our favorite projects and we look forward to completing the pool house later this year.
