This client wanted to freshen up her childhood home while still preserving its historic details. The house has evolved over its long history and was once the kitchen house to the larger house next door.

We increased the size of the kitchen and added full height windows to allow natural light. This modern element was the perfect addition to this historic property. We also enlarged the openings to dining and living room to allow for better flow for daily life and entertaining. We also updated the interior to include new bathrooms and bedrooms.
