This full renovation was completed in multiple phases.
The first phase was a complete renovation of the main house to include all new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. We added all new windows and re-worked the layout to capture the amazing views. We added a third level that includes 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a living room.Â
For phase two we added the sunroom, added the pool and completed the guest suite/office above the garage. All of the amazing details and finishes set this house apart from others!
