Country Club

This country club home was nearly in its original condition and in need of a complete renovation. We removed all of interior finishes to allow access to complete all new electrical wiring, plumbing and HVAC. We removed several interior walls and moved the interior stair to allow for a better flow for daily life and entertaining.

We added a master wing on the back of the home that includes a walk in closet and large bathroom. The laundry room was moved into the back sectionof the garage and flows nicely off the first floor level. We also added a large vaulted screen porch off of the main living area. This screen prch flows seamlessly with the existing roof lines and brick floor.
