I was born and raised in Avon Lake Ohio, a wonderful small town on the west side of Cleveland. I spent summers in high school working for a local home builder where I gained a love for the home building industry. I was able to learn many aspects of carpentry and the home building business at a young age. I continued to work for a local builder as I completed my Bachelor of Science in Technology degree with a focus on construction management from Bowling Green State University.

After graduating from college, I chose to live and work in Charleston, South Carolina. The Charleston area is a truly unique residential market where I was fortunate to gain experience working on a huge variety of residential projects from historic renovations to custom homes. I was able to work alongside and gain valuable hands on experience and knowledge from highly skilled craftsman.

My wife and I have enjoyed raising our two boys in the Charleston area. James Island has the same small town feel that I loved when growing up. We spend our time outside of work living the Charleston lifestyle in and around the water.
